Seeing as how its still dark out… to actually compose a meaningful post is beyond me…

⊕ I saw Enchanted over the weekend with the Wolves… it was actually a good movie.  Disney‘s on the rebound… I hope.

⊕ I will only eat a pastrami omelet on a roll in Manhattan from now on.  The rest of the city has obviously forgotten what real pastrami is.

⊕ Its windier here than it has been in some time.  This mornings brief included 7 incidents of scaffolding collapses and an “avoid the bridges at all cost” warning.  Apparently bridges are just bigger pieces of scaffolding in disguise.  Who knew?

⊕ Its not just windier… its colder here too.  This morning when I put my feeties on the floor, they screamed at me from the cold.  NOTE TO SELF: Buy slippers.  Preferably the big warm goofy kind.

⊕ I’ve come to the conclusion that there are people in this world who lack common sense.  There should be a law against them getting certified as EMTs.  Seriously.

⊕ Even though I hate their coffee, Starbucks makes the best hot chocolate.

⊕ I canceled my trip to Orlando that was supposed to happen in a few weeks.  I’m just not into it… nor do I have anyone to go with.

⊕ I got a college book of courses.  For some reason, I felt like a dirty old man perusing the Yoga selection of classes.

⊕ My mom is turning the big 65 Friday.  I still have no idea what to get her.  She’s already going to be collecting social security, so what more does she need?

⊕ I am in desperate need of a large french vanilla ice coffee, light with cream and four Splendas.  Desperate I tell you… desperate.
