So as I previously mentioned, SuperStar Bear is on its way for The Steff‘s Birthday which is this coming Monday, September 24. Now when I ordered the bear, I purposely chose shipping that would land the bear on her front door on her birthday. See, Vermont Teddy Bear does not allow you to pick a delivery date like 1-800-Flowers does… so you need to guestimate. Now the shipping I picked was for two day shipping on business days and the site itself agreed with me and guestimated a delivery on her birthday. The order was placed around 1:00am September 20, and I received an e-mail at 1:17pm September 20 saying that “Your Bear Has Begun His Journey”.

So who sees a problem with this? Well unlike last time when the bear got to go to Kentucky, it appears she is already in New York. Hell… she’s about 7 miles away from her final destination. The question is will they deliver her on a Saturday or not? Now the Saturday delivery cost $10.00 extra. I’m not cheap, but I didn’t get it because I DIDN’T WANT IT DELIVERED ON SATURDAY!
I hate it when stuff like this doesn’t go right.
