Deep fried twinkies are definitely not on my diet, otherwise it’s been really easy to follow. I’m currently holding at 18 pounds for the week.

Jester- 18 pounds is awesome! Of course its the first week… and that pace won’t stay… just don’t get discouraged. One of my partners has been on it for 2 years for diabetes control… and he literally is half of what he used to be… so it does work!
