I wasn’t going to be happy if the Patriots won.  I think it was shit that the coach walked off the field - what an ass.

But, yeah, the idea of that whiny bitch getting a SuperBowl MVP makes me sick to my stomach.  And what kind of QB shakes the MVP over his head like “I AM AWESOME” instead of saying “I couldn’t have done it without these guys… the receivers, the O-line”.

A fucking TOOL, that’s what kind.

This is the first year I’ve actually watched football willingly and have a sorta clue how it works.

I did want the Pats to win because the record would be awesome and I really wanted Randy Moss to get a ring.  I love that guy.  Watching him run is poetry in motion, seriously.

I KNEW they wouldn’t win though and I’ll tell you why…

I might not be well schooled on this football thing but it seems to me that the Pats go into the locker room and someone says, “This is what we’ll do” and they never fucking deviate from that plan even if it’s not working.

How the fuck do you let your QB eat dirt that much without bring in some help for him and tightening up the front line?  I have four words for that:

re dick you lus.

Seriously.

Last night was the only time you will ever find me rooting for a NY team. I had to pick the lesser of two evils. :D

I gotta admit that I agree with your assessment of the game. It wasn’t one that I felt particularly vested in (I live in Chicago and love me some Bears) and I never really picked a team to root for. My wife chose the Giants because she hates Brady, so I wound up rooting with her.

However, regardless of the outcome and who you wanted to win, it was an exciting, albeit low scoring, game. Reminds me of the Giants v. Bills game at 20-19 when Norwood whiffed it. Both are timeless games because you’re left hanging to the very last play.

Wait, there was some sort of football game on?  Why is everyone talking about it?

(side note: I saw your tweet about whatsisname leaving the field without a handshake, so since I was recording the game so I could re-watch with commercials later, I rewound it 5 seconds left, and what I saw was him running out and shaking hands and then leaving.  Or was he not shaking hands?)

I was glad that NY won.

I am not much of a football person, that was only the second game I watched all season.  I loved seeing the Packers get thrown out with the garbage.  I hate them, and I hate Randy Moss because he is a punk.  So basically, the Giants were the perfect team to root for!

What is this “Superbowl” that you speak of?  Loved hearing that accent of yours on Fab’s show Sunday!  wink

I am so involved with football, I kept wondering why they were talking about Eli Manning again when the Colts weren’t going to the SuperBowl again this year. Then I realized, Peyton is the Indianapolis Manning.
