That is a shitty situation.Unfortunately, nothing will be done about it until there is a serious outcome to their behavior and it will STILL be blamed on you!

I hear you Dawg. The color of the patch means squat in a lot of emergency situations… BLS load and run, do the extra shit en route. What was truly needed was something that no pre-hospital personel could do. I’m sorry, the MD is just there for decorative purposes. This is why I fly off the handle… I’m not re-renewing the patch next year because of it. Too many inflated egos, too many idiots, too many displays of stupidity, too much red-tape, and LACK OF COMMON SENSE!

This is a frustrating situation in any line of work, but I can only imagine how much worse the frustration is when the stakes are as high as they are in your field.

I didn’t know what Sports Center was, but I googled it, looked around a bit, and possibly found what you’re referring to.  I hope I’ve guessed wrong.  In any case, given that sleeping with the supervisor gives people free reign to do what they please, I’m sorry you had to be the one working with this person and wasting your effort trying to get the right thing done.
