Ask “how was your Sunday breakfast?” to any folks who are observing the dietary restrictions of Passover—and they’ll probably throw something at you. smile

Glad this IHoP has redeemed your faith in the franchise…

We did Starbucks for their oatmeal and lattes yesterday.  Actually walked over since it was a nice morning.

IHOP’s have been around for a long time.  I used to go as a kid when I lived in Calif.  Now we have one down the road from us.  And it’s mixed.  Some days, we get great food and service, other times, the food is so-so and the service is ok, but nothing stellar.

I hope the one you and Poppy went to will remain good.

So Poppy was able to overlook the Pepsi?

I love IHOP!  The food in Punta Gorda’s was extra delicious.  Yesterday I had toast and poached eggs made by my sweetie’s own hands.  And when I say that I mean he even made the bread.

Her first time at an IHOP?  How crazy!

I ran out Sunday morning for bagels and spreads, so we just noshed at home.  So it clearly was not as awesome as your IHOP experience.

Btw, Poppy’s breakfast looked a lot like something I would order until I looked again and saw hashbrowns where the corned beef hash should be.  So really...not that similar at all.

This post has created a serious problem.

How, oh, HOW will I convince my husband that my craving for nutella crepes is a matter of life and death, now?

Must. Eat.

The funny face is Tink’s FAVORITE pancake… any time she gets to pick where we go out to eat, she picks IHOP.... she has yet to finish the funny face, but she always orders it.

Me?  I like what Poppy got… ‘cept with bacon… mmmm bacon.

I’ll make it a point to avoid the IHOP in the Flatlands area of Brooklyn.  I totally understand boycotts like this and, for a like reason, buy BP gasoline only when I’m desperate.

BTW, the McDonald’s on Cemetery Rd. in Hilliard, Ohio is the best McDonald’s in the franchise. (I thought it only fair give kudos to a business as I’d dissed one. This way it all evens out.)

@delmer I’ve been to that McDonalds!  When I was on a business trip to Hillard/Dublin several years back—and the local employees at my company swore by that McDonalds.

I only got a shake, though…
