Starbuck being an angel was fucking lame because she was supposed to be the daughter of Ellen and Sol but they just didn’t remember that part of their life OR the daughter of the retired artist cylon. It’s like they set this up for this fucking AMAZiiiiiNG ending but they didn’t preplan anything about where they were going with the story line, just showed up to the last writer’s meeting with their fucking lattes and said, “ok boys and girls, how do we end this train wreck so we can move on to Caprica and our other BSG special series?” And it’s a fact they didn’t know what they were doing for that episode ahead of time so no one give me shit for this unless you’re just giggling to yourself that you want Poppy to tell you to go fuck yourself. Ok, I’m done. Nope, one more thing: I totally believe in angels, just not STARBUCK being one!!! Ok, done.

I’ve been really loving TSCC and Dollhouse this season.  Especially TSCC.  Love that show!  Too bad it is doomed to be canceled.

I’ve watched a little of Ax Men and I agree with you!

I couldn’t get into the new Battlestar—I didn’t see the first season and didn’t feel like coming in to it late.

I’ve not seen any of the Sarah Connor Chronicles either.

I thought My Own Worst Enemy was one of the best things going—it looks like it’s got the axe. (One of the reasons I didn’t watch Battlestar was I didn’t think it would last. I hate to get involved in things and then have them disappear.)

I wish The Dresden Files would come back.

As a long-time BSG watcher, this whole last season left me in a state of total confusion and saying “WTF just happened?”

And now there’s going to be Stargate Universe.

I’ve been watching Sara and the Chronicles religiously.  I really dug it at the start, but the last few episodes have really sucked.  I think it might be because the episodes are few and far between because of the tv schedule with reruns.

I also totally love “Fringe.” But I love the idea that scientists have the ability to frak with the brain and partake in tapping into energy of the brain.

The whole idea that they can see what the dying person saw just before death is so eerie it’s believeable.

I’m with delmer.  Where is The Dresden Files.  I was telling my husband last night how I hate that Sci Fi puts these neat little shows on for a year or so and then they disappear.  It’s aggravating. I was not faithful Battlestar fan.  We watched off and on; but we did watch the last four weeks and the end was very disappointing.  For a show that was so edgy, they really missed the mark with a “here we are at our new home, everything is peachy” send off.

Oh, and we never miss Ax Men.  Tape it every week just to make sure.

DUDE you need to say “spoiler alert” in your posts!  BSG not a big deal because I’d already seen it but I’ve only seen the first two seasons of Heroes so far!  I don’t even know who Rebel is but now I guess I do!  I’m almost out of exclamation marks!!

Re: BSG I like the completely unspoken implication that THEY are who we get the constellation names and myths from.

also - are they on a new similar compatible planet, or was the jump coordinates a time traveling coordinate?  And that’s why it will “all happen again”?

I have to stand by the fact that Tyrol snapping Tory’s neck like a twig and the full ramming speed attack made the whole thing worth while.  THAT was badass!

But the whole thing (although i’m overall happy) sort of wore on like Lord of the Rings with 10,000 endings. Sweet Jesus, just let them all go their separate ways already and be DONE with it!
