I think my dog Chloe was the model for Squishy Dawg!  She is certainly squishy, induces nap-time (she’s enjoying one now) and being from the PNW, enjoys a good cup of joe.

I’ll have to contact the company about where to send her royalty check.

Wait, wait.  The plot twists in Wanted were pretty much telegraphed from the beginning, and I’m going to spoil it for anyone who is reading this.  The guy he’s chasing had numerous opportunities to kill him, but he just kept running, so it was obvious that he didn’t want to hurt Wesley, so he was clearly his actual dad.  And what was the other twist?  That everyone’s names had come up on the loom?  I just thought that was a stupid deus ex machina.

Wanted had all of the action and flash of movies like Fight Club and The Matrix without any of the subtext or intelligence.  The writers of Wanted are about as shallow as they could possibly get.

Sigh.  /rant

Aww, I love your sweetness! And I’m sure Poppy appreciates it too! grin

The pic of Squishy Dawg with the iced coffee gave me a fit of giggles and I really needed that. Thanks for sharing!

Colleen- I would totally contact them about royalties… their making a killing.

B.E. Earl- I feel you… lucky my girlfriend is not shy to walk into a coffee shop with an oversized stuff animal for an exotic spur of the moment photo shoot.  If you feel the desire for a similar one… allow me to recomment the Red Roofie… they can still walk with those!

Dave- I know you do… but not as much as me!!!

Blondeblogger- You obviously have a much higher tolerance to sickly sweet stuff than most!

Poppy- I love you too!  Thank you for getting us Squishy Dawg in the first place!

Miss Britt- Thank you!!!

Avitable- Holy fuck… dude… did you really expect Angelina Jolie to shoot those guys AND herself?  I didn’t see that coming at all.  Also, at the end, I didn’t expect closure like that.  I thought they were going to leave Morgan Freeman out there for a sequel.  The plot twist about the dad was readable from the first 10 minutes, and the whole loom thing was pretty stupid… but whatever… fate and all that.  I walked away satisfied.

Sam- Thanks!!!

Smiley- Mmmm… not yet.  Still working on that… but soon… very soon.

Abbagirl74- Oh good!  How was the chicken cutlet parmigiana on the way up?  As good as it was on the way down?

Tug- Where’s the broccoli eating rodent?  I would so bring him to restaurants with me… this way not everyone would know I don’t eat broccoli.

Turnbaby- Thanks!!!  It is pretty neato of I do say so myself!

Jen- Those animals are THE BOMB!!!  They are truly fantastic.

Sodapop- Oh sure… blame us… but just remember that the highest concentration of sugary substance can be found in… SODA!!!!

Evil Genius- I’m glad he gave someone the giggles… he gives me the snores!!!

Stephanie- Thanks!  I hope it was clean over there!

Fantastagirl- Yes… every girl needs at least one… luckily Poppy has two!!!
