That’s outstanding that you created a list. Thanks for doing that.
And, for some reason, my image has a black background when it’s small, but if you click it, it has a white background and is much easier to view, and the penis isn’t nearly quite so noticeable. I cringed when I saw it!
Beautiful...it was really tough reading through all of those. I just did a photo.
Avi cringed when he saw his penis - for some reason that made me laugh.
It wouldn’t have been you without it Adam, it was great.
Very nice post. That Randy Pausch speech is amazing. I show it to my students during the first week of speech class each semester. They all find it very moving and inspiring. I’m sure Lisa got a lot of strength from it, and others will continue to do so too.
I went literary with an excerpt from Dr. Seuss’ “Oh The Places You’ll Go.” This was a great list. Lisa touched so many people.... and Karl is just frickin’ awesome!
Great post !! I didn’t know Lisa so I didn’t make a post about her, but from reading everyone’s blogs she obviously was quite a special lady. I wish I had gotten to know her. I hope she at last has peace.
Wow, thanks for compiling this list, Dawg. Marvelous.
Very nice. Thank you for putting this list together.
I did a post on Lisa but being new to blog world have not quite got the track back thing down yet.
This was a great Sunday Smorgashboard.
I’m still trying to wrap my head around it all. I’ve been crying periodically because the last thing I said to her was “I only hope you don’t hate flavored chai!” because I had sent her a shitload of it. Woulda, coulda, shoulda said and done more...yanno?
Oh, Dawg, this is such a nice tribute to Lisa. Thank you for doing this, and thank you, Karl, for performing your duties as Power of Blog so well.
This is an awesome thing for you to do, Dawg and this is a very touching Sunday Smorgasbord.
I did one too, but I was a bit later to the party. I’m on my iPhone so I can’t copy the permalink right now, but I’ll get it to you later today.
Thank you for this.
I quoted one of my favorite poets and posted one of my roses --she has a rose similar to this on her site--here’s the link sugar

Dawg you’re the best. Please ad my small tribute to your list. Will someone pass this on to Dude for himself and the girls? I hope so. They should know how many people cared for Lisa (and them as well).
Dawg, my permalink is here: http://www.whyrustalkingme.com/index.php/site/lisa_is_gone/
Your kindness is duly noted as well, Dawg. Lisa will be missed.
Thanks for including me.
My step-daughter’s maternal grandmother is under hospice care for ovarian cancer right now, too, so my respect for Lisa’s battle is amplified. I know we will all honor her in our own way, and I appreciate the list to learn more about how other people she touched reacted.
How wonderful of you to make this list, Dawg. Thank you. I just spent the last couple of hours reading through all of the amazing tributes. *hug*
Thank you for the list. It really does make it easier to find them all.
But I would like to throw my own contribution out there. Not much, but it’s something…

Thank you for the update; what you’re doing has to be time consuming...but it’s greatly appreciated.
Beautiful collection.
On my blog, I wished cancer would choke. FTR.
Wow. Thank you so much for doing this. It really does help for all of us, here in the blogosphere, to kind of do this together. It’s like our own version of a memorial service or something.
It’s nice to see all the different ways people reflect and remember someone. Very nice post Dawg!
Hi Dawg, I said <a href ="http://seventhnotebook.wordpress.com/2009/02/27/bye-lisa/">bye to Lisa at TSN</a>, just a little note.
btw, I just tried to use your contact page, and the name and email address fields didn’t work for me, couldn’t click into ‘em. The body field worked fine, but I couldn’t send it without an email address. I refreshed/closed out and started over a couple different times, no dice. Could just be me, but just in case, I thought I’d let you know.
Holy crap that’s a long detailed list. Nice touch, compiling it as a summary.
I’m so glad you thought of doing this. It’s yet another tribute to her that the list is so long. Thanks, Dawg!
