I always notice how cereal tastes sweeter with milk. You just don’t get the same flavor without it. Perhaps your mom experienced the same thing. I could have died of laughter though with the look on her face when you poured the remaining contents of the box into your bowl. She looked like she was about ready to grab the box from you.
