<-------- Very, very, very, very, very, very etc. psyched.  But, you knew that.

WordPress is my bitch, thanks to your busy-ness (NOT lazy-ness).

I still don’t care about money, but I do care (A LOT) about that site.

How ‘bout we do this together...you take the teeshirts and I’ll take the checks.  LOL

I am going to start a new blog.  It is about my papercrafting.  It is something I love to do and I would have an “audience” of the other papercrafter people whose blogs I visit and who always ask me why I don’t put up my OWN papercrafting blog.  So I’m gonna do it.  I just need to think of a name.  Heh.

I think Amazon links and affiliate links are a bit sneaky - unless you pay attention, you don’t even know you’re bringing money to the blogger.  At least ads are obvious.

Thanks for the info Watchdog! I joined a few affiliate programs but I’ll be sure to check out the ones you mentioned! :D

These are things I might consider some day...right now I am just a “baby blogger” as I have only been at it just over a year...and for me, it is a tool to vent and try to learn from my mistakes...guess that is more valuable than money...to me anyway.lol

ProBlogger is a very useful site even if you’re not looking to monetize your site - but want to learn how to make your voice heard by a few more ears. wink

I was introduced to the blogsphere through a friend of mine who started a blog in an attempt to make some money off of it, because “everybody else was”.  It was a personal blog and after wracking his brain for months he asked me why everyone else was making money off of their personal blogs and he wasn’t.

I told him that they probably weren’t making any money at all and that it was just a pipe dream.  What I should have said is exactly what you stated a few posts ago.  They SHOULDN’T be making money off of them because they are PERSONAL blogs.

I use my own simply to write something other than emails and memos about budgets, operating statements and the like.

Good job!  And good luck with your own Easiest Hard Way.
