I am not a perfect person.

I am good at my job.

I know the difference between when there is the time to do things they way they get done and a time to perhaps not do things the way they normally get done.

Tonight was a time to perhaps not do things the way they normally would get done.

Instead of course, due to laziness, someone refused to do as I requested and instead I ended up doing a lot of unnecessary things that probably wasn’t in the best interests of the patient.

True, the outcome may not have been different, but the fact still remains that my experience got trumped because someone is sleeping with the supervisor… so their insubordination will go unnoticed.  My experience, which far outweighs theirs, should not be discounted no matter what color the patch is on my shoulder.

No matter which way you cut it, the outcome was shitty.
