Everything has a beginning.  A middle.  An end.

For 911 calls it starts with the caller contacting “the system”…

… and continues on with the units being assigned.  A flick of a few switches, the drop of a shifter, and a foot depressing the pedal on the right begins the response…

… and while some consider it “just another day at the office”, what happens from there doesn’t necessarily have the endings we expect…
