I’m an October kinda guy.  Besides enjoying the cooler weather, the changing of leaves, and of the beer of Octoberfest.  As previously mentioned during The Hawt Dawg Campaign, I want to be Mr. October for the Hot Blogger Calendar.  Unfortunately, we really don’t have much say in what month we become.  It’s an artistic kinda thing, and I can totally understand and respect the reasoning behind that decision.  Still… a Dawg can dream… can’t he?

Well guess what?  I don’t need to be in a calendar to be Mr. October after all.  There was no voting (that I know of), there was no campaigning, there was no contest, and there was no peer pressure for promotion.  Hilly has found me worthy enough and bestowed upon me the honor of being her Blogger of the Month for October!!! 

How uber-ultra-awesome is that???  Here’s a little excerpt:

…Personally, I had a blast meeting him at TequilaCon ‘08 and even though I was drunk pretty much every time we talked, I could still tell that he has a heart of a teddy bear and the intellect of a… wait, what is a smart animal?  I don’t want to say “elephant” here cause that is just rude.  Oh oh oh… the intellect of a dolphin!…
