It’s been a rough and busy week so here are a few bullet points for you to ponder over the weekend…

• I have an addiction to World’s Finest Chocolate bars with almonds.  I’ve loved their chocolate ever since I was a kid… and the wrapper usually came with a McDonald‘s coupon underneath.  Unfortunately I can only get these chocolates when schools do their fundraisers.  Luckily, it is school fundraising season and I was able to get 20 (at a $1 a piece) but found that the bars are not only not as thick as I remember them, but the coupon underneath is now for Pizza Hut.  Times are obviously tough.

• Microsoft laid off people.  Times are really tough.

• The Oscar nominations came out and Slumdog Millionaire got a whopping 10 nominations.  Sadly Zack And Miri Make A Porno got none.  Where is the justice?

• The Steff gets married in 3 weeks.  I still haven’t gone to get measured for my tux, I haven’t ordered the “special” gift, and I haven’t figured out the logistics.  I am so unprepared for that it shouldn’t be funny… but I do my best work in crisis.

• I had an idea earlier this week for a specific need in a very small niche.  Poppy said it was brilliant.  I received affirmation last night that there is a specific need in this very small niche that I can fill.  There will undoubtedly be an announcement about that next week.  Is your curiosity piqued?  I know mine is.
